Scott H. came promptly and quickly fixed a problem with our water heater caused by some chimney techs who came the day before who were unable to correct the problem themselves. Scott also provided estimates for replacement water heaters and answered all my questions. He is professional and pleasant; we will be requesting him again for our next project.

Two new HVAC systems were installed on Friday and Robert came out as part of the service to fine tune and adjust the systems as part of the installation service. He is so knowledgeable and so pleasant. We are so pleased with everything and everyone in this process. Great company!

5 Stars for Ryan and the entire team at Notturno! Great job all around on the New Heat Pump install! From the very beginning, Ryan impressed us by not just quoting equipment, but actually creating a solution for a problem area in our home. The far end of our house has always been warmer and more humid in the summer, and he immediately identified the issue and suggested adding an additional 10” return to improve airflow and comfort. Lead installer Josh and his apprentice Shane were outstanding. Professional, courteous, hardworking, and completely committed to getting the job done right. Electrician Dillan even came in while feeling sick because he didn’t want the project delayed, which says a lot about the team’s dedication and work ethic. Josh also took extra time to walk us through the new Ecobee thermostat setup and made sure everything was dialed in perfectly before leaving. One thing we really appreciated was the care they took inside our home. Anytime they entered the house they put booties over their shoes, laid down drop cloths in high-traffic areas, and treated our home with respect. Not a single nick, scrape, or scratch anywhere, and everything was spotless when they finished. Highly recommend Notturno to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused HVAC company.

Had a mini split AC/Heat unit installed what a super job they did. Technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the correct operations. No more lugging AC’s to the windows.
