Ashley arrived promptly within the timeframe given by the company. She was pleasant and professional and performed a yearly checkup on my home's boiler. When she was done she provided me with a checklist of services performed along with recommendations of maintenance items for the boiler. Overall she was here for approximately 1.5 hours.

Arthur and Ryan installed two new toilets. These gentleman were professional and efficient. Explained what needed to be done, explained options in pricing, and did an excellent job with new install. Upon completion again Arthur and Ryan explained what was done, and took the time to show me the job completion, as well as check flushing and recheck to insure there were no leaks. Thank you for doing such a great job, and considerate and thoughtful customer care.

Had an extremely positive experience with Notturno Home Services at my Dad’s house. From scheduling to finish, they were great. Andrew Morgan was my technician; CJ and Sebastiantino(?) were also very helpful. Andrew explained different options, applied discounts, and provided great input on other plumbing issues in the house—many of which he did on the spot and others are bigger projects so were deferred. No upselling pressure. Very tidy and respectful. I will use again and highly recommend.

Rob replaced my gas hot water heater today after I noticed a leak yesterday afternoon. He did a great job and kept me informed along the way.

The company stated in touch on arrival times. Kevin, the tech, kept us informed on the steps to do the furnace and boiler maintenance. He kept his shoes covered when in the house. He was very polite and went over the report prior to leaving. Very pleased. First time using their service.

Fabulous. My sump pump failed Sunday during the Nor’Easter and Notturno sent a very pleasant, professional and calm young man named Nick. He assured me he could put in a new engine and the water would start to recede. He did, the water is mostly gone Monday morning and he also put me at ease about my gas and water heater that they were not effected by the water.
I am thrilled. Nothing scares me more than water in the basement on a Sunday during a storm. Thank you for having employees at Nicks caliber .

We have two mini splits that are about 14 years old and my only concern was keeping the filters clean. Little did I realize we should have been keeping a more rigorous service regiment. I noticed an off odor and upon further inspection I saw the interior had a fair amount of mold and dust. I contacted Notturno Home Services and they were able to come out the next day. The technicians, Jamie and Taylor, were fantastic. They were efficient, explained everything, answered all our questions and did a marvelous cleanup job. I would highly recommend Notturno for their efficiency and quality of work.

We had a mini split installed. We are so happy! Your employees were so polite, friendly, punctual and respectful to entering a home. Clean boots! 😄. They explained the itinerary for the day and got right to work.

My previous local company of 5 years had to drop servicing gas heat due to lack of available techs. So, I needed to find a new company since overdue on annual service for my 26 year old TRANE HVAC system still going strong. Beyond satisfied that I found Notturno Home Services after facing frustration contacting several HVAC companies who either didn’t get back to me, weren’t taking new customers, or didn’t offer residential service plans.

I was assigned tech Jamie Ravinski and couldn’t be happier. Appreciated his honesty with must do maintenance repairs vs what could wait and how just because I have an old system it didn’t mean needing replacement right away, nor did he push for that. There’s something to be said about stand-alone family businesses with attentive customer service and you’ll find that with Notturno.

I want to support local businesses whenever possible and glad to do that for Notturno. Service plan pricing and repairs are reasonably priced and appreciate the additional 5% off First Responder/Teacher/Military discount as well. I look forward to continue working with Notturno for my home HVAC and plumbing needs.

We came home today to the water heater alarm going off. With water on the floor and a visible leak we reached out to Motturno on a Saturday afternoon. We received a call back from Jill who scheduled a call this afternoon. Jason arrived within 1-1:2 hrs. He had enough foresight to assume the heater needed to be replaced so before he came he went to the shop and picked up a new one! This young man did an excellent job! Neat, explained everything, very courteous, as istypical of Notturno the employees we have met.
At the risk of being repetitious, the Notturno staff continue to impress. We are so pleased we moved our account to such a fine local company.

I just want a reliable plumber that will show up and do great work without ripping me off. I know costs are high and everyone needs to live and eat so just be reliable and reasonable! I was referred by a friend who also has an older house (many vendors do not like to work on older houses) and I am so glad! They also completed a whole home inspection and sent stack ranked recommendations so that I can chip away at some general maintenance over time vs dealing with something that breaks on an emergency basis. The cat supervised and approved of them and their work as well.

By far the best experience with a home services company. FAST, issue happened late at night, right away I was able to schedule something for the next day (they even had morning options available). CLEAR COMMUNICATION, from confirming appointment, notifications for tech arrival, and explaining the issue/service and charges, everything clearly explained and all questions promptly answered. CONVENIENCE, able to take payments on the spot, financing options, and I highly suggest their monthly plan for maintenance, well worth the cost.

The crew arrived on time. They were all so nice and friendly. The install went smooth (or they made it look that way). They also did a wonderful job cleaning up after the install. Very happy. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Nick and Warren arrived promptly at the beginning of the arrival window. They researched the issue with the hot water heater manufacturer and told me the unit needed to be replaced under warranty. They carefully explained what the various charges were that I did have to pay. They were able to schedule the replacement for the very next day. They were very pleasant and professional to deal with. I am very satisfied with their work.

Installation the next day went quickly and smoothly. The same technicians did the work, so there was no need to repeat all the explanations. After they left the area looked just as neat as when they arrived and the new unit was hard at work heating the water.

Quick return visit by Josh and Warren to check on water pressure. They were just as pleasant and professional to work with and very careful to check all the possibilities.

Today’s visit (4/26) by Andrew Morgan was a simple adjustment to a faucet, followed by the annual inspection of all the plumbing in the house. The inspection uncovered corrosion in many of the shutoff valves, some of which didn’t even turn any more. Rather than risk difficulties in dealing with future leaks, Andrew recommended replacing the valves (now 24 years old). He provided detailed estimates for three options: replace all, do only the worst ones, and do nothing. Technicians will be here next week to do the work. Andrew was very pleasant to work with. He showed me pictures of the corrosion so it would be clear what was going on. I’m grateful for his thoroughness and glad to do preventive work to avoid possible flooding.

Today (8/28) Jason and his partner fixed some clogged aerators, and a flushing problem and caulked a shower seam. All done quickly and neatly. Very happy with their short visit.

Noturno completed 2 large jobs on my brick 2 story 2 family building. A repair of a mini split and a new install of a mini split. Both jobs were excellent with a great crew who were professional and knew their stuff. Meticulous attention to detail and great quality. Couldn't be happier. They are invested in your property and doing the best job. Great communication too. The highest recommendation I can give.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! I needed a boiler replacement in an extremely difficult, hard-to-access area in my home and Notturno handled it with complete professionalism and expertise.

Rob from Notturno Services did an excellent job replacing our leaking water heater. He promptly inspected the problem, explained our replacement options, and returned the very next morning to install the new unit—all in less than 24 hours.

Rob also went above and beyond by helping clean up the water from the leak in our basement, which we really appreciated. The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and everything was left clean when the job was finished.

2026 - Just had Notturno back to do some repair on my dishwasher lines. They continue demonstrate professionalism and amazing consideration to their customers. Scott was my technician and Brendan was training with him. They were both wonderful to talk with. They explained everything in a way I could understand. The workspace was neat and clean. They provided options and an overview. It was so amazing to see Scott and listen to him act as a mentor to Brendan. He modeled such professionalism and really was making sure that Brendan understood what he was doing and why he was doing what he was doing. As a teacher observing this interaction, his skill was amazing! Notturno is the best!

Called GEM wanting a technician to come and check our tankless on demand hot water heater that had been making a lot of popping crackling and banging noises. ( Many times I thought it was just a matter of time when I would blow up) Aaron Pereira looked it over and explained what could be going on and suggested I do a descaling before we call the manufacturer to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. I usually descale using vinigar but he suggested I use Haymaker descaling solution. That same afternoon I descaled my heater and cleaned the igniter and it’s been a complete turnaround. Very pleased with service and scheduling. Requested service online one evening and they had a technician come out the following morning at the early end of the estimated time. Technicians were very polite and professional. Provided great detail and explanation on what the issue(s) could be and what the issues were. They fixed the issue the same day and within a reasonable timeframe. 10/10 would recommend this company to others.
