Another exceptional service experience from Notturno! Andrew and CJ were both wonderful to work with. They provided me with a quote for a bathroom project, and did a curtesy plumbing inspection. I learned some valuable tips along the way! I feel confident that my project will be done and done very well.

Notturno Home Service has done it again. Ryan and Santiago were friendly, professional, and neat. The hose valve leaked but no more! They even set us up for the winter so no burst hose lines. Another job well-done!

Nick and Warren arrived promptly at the beginning of the arrival window. They researched the issue with the hot water heater manufacturer and told me the unit needed to be replaced under warranty. They carefully explained what the various charges were that I did have to pay. They were able to schedule the replacement for the very next day. They were very pleasant and professional to deal with. I am very satisfied with their work.

Installation the next day went quickly and smoothly. The same technicians did the work, so there was no need to repeat all the explanations. After they left the area looked just as neat as when they arrived and the new unit was hard at work heating the water.

Quick return visit by Josh and Warren to check on water pressure. They were just as pleasant and professional to work with and very careful to check all the possibilities.

Today’s visit (4/26) by Andrew Morgan was a simple adjustment to a faucet, followed by the annual inspection of all the plumbing in the house. The inspection uncovered corrosion in many of the shutoff valves, some of which didn’t even turn any more. Rather than risk difficulties in dealing with future leaks, Andrew recommended replacing the valves (now 24 years old). He provided detailed estimates for three options: replace all, do only the worst ones, and do nothing. Technicians will be here next week to do the work. Andrew was very pleasant to work with. He showed me pictures of the corrosion so it would be clear what was going on. I’m grateful for his thoroughness and glad to do preventive work to avoid possible flooding.

Today (8/28) Jason and his partner fixed some clogged aerators, and a flushing problem and caulked a shower seam. All done quickly and neatly. Very happy with their short visit.

Noturno completed 2 large jobs on my brick 2 story 2 family building. A repair of a mini split and a new install of a mini split. Both jobs were excellent with a great crew who were professional and knew their stuff. Meticulous attention to detail and great quality. Couldn't be happier. They are invested in your property and doing the best job. Great communication too. The highest recommendation I can give.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! I needed a boiler replacement in an extremely difficult, hard-to-access area in my home and Notturno handled it with complete professionalism and expertise.

Jason Bouchard was the Tech that arrived at the house within the hour window that was given over the phone. He stepped out of his truck with a smile on and came in to the house. I showed him what the issue was (water leak) and he immediately set up a plan of action to take care of it.
Jason was great at explaining things and is knowledgeable and polite. Having recently retired from a service company, I can certainly say I would hire him. Jason represents your company well.

Called Notturno Home Services for assistance with my emergency water leak and they arrived within a half hour! Very reliable I had a clogged toilet and needed help as soon as possible. I called. They were at my house within an hour very professional. Very thorough. A little pricey but well worth it.

Jamie did a great job servicing our heat pump system.

Rob from Notturno Services did an excellent job replacing our leaking water heater. He promptly inspected the problem, explained our replacement options, and returned the very next morning to install the new unit—all in less than 24 hours.

Rob also went above and beyond by helping clean up the water from the leak in our basement, which we really appreciated. The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and everything was left clean when the job was finished.

2026 - Just had Notturno back to do some repair on my dishwasher lines. They continue demonstrate professionalism and amazing consideration to their customers. Scott was my technician and Brendan was training with him. They were both wonderful to talk with. They explained everything in a way I could understand. The workspace was neat and clean. They provided options and an overview. It was so amazing to see Scott and listen to him act as a mentor to Brendan. He modeled such professionalism and really was making sure that Brendan understood what he was doing and why he was doing what he was doing. As a teacher observing this interaction, his skill was amazing! Notturno is the best!

Called GEM wanting a technician to come and check our tankless on demand hot water heater that had been making a lot of popping crackling and banging noises. ( Many times I thought it was just a matter of time when I would blow up) Aaron Pereira looked it over and explained what could be going on and suggested I do a descaling before we call the manufacturer to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. I usually descale using vinigar but he suggested I use Haymaker descaling solution. That same afternoon I descaled my heater and cleaned the igniter and it’s been a complete turnaround. Popping and banging stopped. Thank you Aaron

Can't say enough good things about this company. Jamie came last week to service our heat pump - AC system. Unfortunently, something got switched in the process that caused the system to pump out heat instead of AC. Not good on a day like yesterday. No worries Jamie came right back and set things right.

Recently purchased a gas dryer and Andrew came to set up the gas to the unit. He did a review of the work to be done and noticed a gas connection needed to be changed. From the moment I called and until the job was completed, the service was excellent. When Ryan arrived he was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about my water heater problem. Colby T dealt with my plumbing issues thoroughly and in a timely manner. Very happy with his work.

AC was not working and they sent Kevin out. He quickly discovered the issue and showed me how to reset the breaker switch if needed again until the electrician can come out and replace the breaker. All is good now. Kevin is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Great group of people at the company.

June 2026 - Taylor came out to do annual check on AC for the season. Tested the AC in basement and outside compressor. Suggested that outside unit be cleaned from dust buildup and inside blower be cleaned post summer. She explained everything she did and results of the tests.

December 2025 Rob Freeman came to look into clogged drains. Walked through the drains having the issues. Rob checked them out and showed the SCUM buildup and cleared all the Drains that now are working great. He advised that products like DrainAll will not clear the attached much and then he did a BlowOut to completely clear the drains, Great Service, polite and talked through the process... VERY HAPPY
June 30, Jamie came to perform the annual heating system operation for the upcoming colder weather. He provided a verbal update as he walked through the report and stated there were two items to watch and I should read the report when I receive the online via Email. Great Job.
Aug 14, 2025 Jamie came to install the controllers for the two zones in the house. One had failed to operate correctly, so we decided to replace both. Installation was completed and tested to insure they were functioning properly. There was a young lady trainee with him and she worked side by side through the entire process and testing. Both were very polite and answered any questions.
On Feb 2, the tech came out to finish the work to correct the improper installation of the Humidifier installed by a different company right after we purchased the home. Finally it is working properly! Thanks to him and his crew
Jan 2024 Tech came out to fix Humidifier on HVAC and discovered original installation done by original company that did the installation was not done correctly. During check up, found another issues that needed to be corrected. Completed correction except for transformer, will order and come back to install. Glad we are using Notturno as they discovered initial install problems and are very easy to work with. Staff is very polite and friendly.
Came to check on Water Filter System and filter changing requirements and check the Hot Water system, shutoffs, etc.
Walked through what was checked and any comments, suggestions, etc.

I can’t say enough about what a great job the team at Notturno did when we had mini split AC installed. The office worked with us to ensure we were getting the best financing terms and available rebates, the technician who initially came to our house made recommendations that saved us money by slightly changing our initial plans and the installation team were professional, thorough, neat and arrived when expected. They were even great with our energetic puppy. We highly recommend Notturno!!!

Our AC system stopped working on Friday afternoon. We called five different companies and Notturno was the only one that gave us a call back and quickly scheduled an emergency service visit. They came by in less than 24 hours of our call and the service tech, Ashley, was up in our 100° attic for two hours where she identified the issue and went to work on repairing it. She was fantastic and it was impressive how well she dealt with the excruciating heat. Very thankful to have comfortable temps back in our home 🙂

We have had great services from Notturno Services . We had to call and have them check our hot water heater and outside spigot and under the kitchen sink. We had a great response. Micheal and Mario came last Tuesday to do repairs. . Both worked very professional. Mario worked on the new water heater and did a great job . New copper piping and emergency shut off. Micheal repaired a problem with the kitchen sink pipes and repaired a pipe that was leaking. Thank you Notturno we are happy that we got a service contract.

Robert from Notturno came out today at no charge to make sure the new system they installed recently was working properly and most efficiently. He gave me great info and tips about proper maintenance and troubleshooting to get the longest life out of the system. Super helpful.

5 Stars for Ryan and the entire team at Notturno! Great job all around on the New Heat Pump install! From the very beginning, Ryan impressed us by not just quoting equipment, but actually creating a solution for a problem area in our home. The far end of our house has always been warmer and more humid in the summer, and he immediately identified the issue and suggested adding an additional 10” return to improve airflow and comfort. Lead installer Josh and his apprentice Shane were outstanding. Professional, courteous, hardworking, and completely committed to getting the job done right. Electrician Dillan even came in while feeling sick because he didn’t want the project delayed, which says a lot about the team’s dedication and work ethic. Josh also took extra time to walk us through the new Ecobee thermostat setup and made sure everything was dialed in perfectly before leaving. One thing we really appreciated was the care they took inside our home. Anytime they entered the house they put booties over their shoes, laid down drop cloths in high-traffic areas, and treated our home with respect. Not a single nick, scrape, or scratch anywhere, and everything was spotless when they finished. Highly recommend Notturno to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused HVAC company.
