Yes. When you install qualifying heating, cooling, or energy-efficient equipment, our team helps guide you through the Mass Save rebate process. We provide the documentation needed for your equipment and explain the steps required to submit your rebate.

Many energy-efficient upgrades may qualify, including heat pumps, high-efficiency heating systems, water heaters, insulation improvements, and other approved equipment. During your consultation, we can review which upgrades may qualify based on your home and existing system.

In many cases, yes. A Mass Save home energy assessment is often required before certain rebates or incentives can be applied. If your project requires one, we can explain the process and help you schedule the assessment if needed.

After we confirm that the renovation or addition is complete, customers typically receive an incentive check within 10–12 weeks.
