We have had great services from Notturno Services . We had to call and have them check our hot water heater and outside spigot and under the kitchen sink. We had a great response. Micheal and Mario came last Tuesday to do repairs. . Both worked very professional. Mario worked on the new water heater and did a great job . New copper piping and emergency shut off. Micheal repaired a problem with the kitchen sink pipes and repaired a pipe that was leaking. Thank you Notturno we are happy that we got a service contract.

I had Rob arrive within the given window. He was very professional and cleaned up the area when he finished. He changed my water filtration filters. Big shout out to the front office staff too!

Robert from Notturno came out today at no charge to make sure the new system they installed recently was working properly and most efficiently. He gave me great info and tips about proper maintenance and troubleshooting to get the longest life out of the system. Super helpful.

5 Stars for Ryan and the entire team at Notturno! Great job all around on the New Heat Pump install! From the very beginning, Ryan impressed us by not just quoting equipment, but actually creating a solution for a problem area in our home. The far end of our house has always been warmer and more humid in the summer, and he immediately identified the issue and suggested adding an additional 10” return to improve airflow and comfort. Lead installer Josh and his apprentice Shane were outstanding. Professional, courteous, hardworking, and completely committed to getting the job done right. Electrician Dillan even came in while feeling sick because he didn’t want the project delayed, which says a lot about the team’s dedication and work ethic. Josh also took extra time to walk us through the new Ecobee thermostat setup and made sure everything was dialed in perfectly before leaving. One thing we really appreciated was the care they took inside our home. Anytime they entered the house they put booties over their shoes, laid down drop cloths in high-traffic areas, and treated our home with respect. Not a single nick, scrape, or scratch anywhere, and everything was spotless when they finished. Highly recommend Notturno to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused HVAC company.

I wish I could write a new review each time I receive a different service from Notturno because I have been very pleased with each. Two weeks ago Jamie came for the annual HVAC inspection. Issues were found and he provided clear recommendation options. Last week a gentleman came to assess what would be needed to replace the HVAC and he explained clearly and provided a detailed quote. Today Bobby and crew came to replace the system. All of this within 2 weeks! Bobby and crew arrived on time, were respectful of me and my home and pleasant to deal with. They were done in several hours on this very hot day and I am now cool as a cucumber! Thanks guys - though I hope I don’t need you to come back for many years for a new system! I’m sure with your excellent yearly maintenance I’m good to go for a long time!

We called Notturno to come and do a maintenance check on our almost 28 year old ac system. Your technician, Jamie Ravinski approached our home respectful and very courteous. From the inspection of the system in the attic to the outside unit and thermostat, Jamie was very thorough and knowledgeable and informative every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything to us in regards to having and caring for our not so "NEW" ac system and we appreciated his honesty as to what our next steps will be down the line when it comes to update. We have to say that it was so refreshing to have a company come to our home that have such a knowledgeable and professional employee that was so patient in answering all our questions. We needed to replace our heating/air conditioning. Notturno came on Tuesday to quote and on Thursday installed. The whole process was very professional. No hard sale. Gave us options. We made our selection. Two days later on Thursday three representatives of Notturno came in, very professional and Installed the systems. They were polite, neat, and work diligently to install the new heating and air-conditioning units. They did make sure we had the opportunity to ask any questions to see how the new systems worked. Can’t be happier with the job they did. We highly recommend Notturno.

I had my old ac units replaced. They came explained what the plan was clearly. When they finished the job, they walked around with me and made sure I was comfortable with the work and if I had any questions. Jamie was super polite, professional and friendly! He even wore paper booties through the house and being a shoe free household with kids that meant a lot. There’s always an awkwardness about asking people to remove the shoes, but I didn’t even need to ask and Jamie had them ready and slipped them on immediately. Once he had completed his service to our heating system, he provided a detailed report explaining what all he had done and potential maintenance in the future. He also answered additional questions I had about the possibility of adding a cooling system to our property. After Jamie left, the office also followed up with me to make sure everything was satisfactory. We have had nothing but great experiences with Notturno and highly recommend!

We had mini splits installed. Zack , Jake and Shane did an excellent job. Everyone was professional and courteous. They took extra time to place two of the units in tight spots were I wanted them to be. Zack went over everything from maintaining to operating the units. They also did a great job cleaning up.

The technicians (Scott and Zach) were polite and professional. They wore protective booties in my home and left everything as neat and clean as it was before they arrived. Today’s visit was toilet issue. Josh arrived well within the expected window and diligently searched for the leak. Since he couldn’t get the problem to recur, I will monitor for now. Very pleasant to work with, very clear explanations of what he tried and some of the possible causes, as well as what repairs might be needed and what they would cost. _______ Nick and Warren arrived promptly at the beginning of the arrival window. They researched the issue with the hot water heater manufacturer and told me the unit needed to be replaced under warranty. They carefully explained what the various charges were that I did have to pay. They were able to schedule the replacement for the very next day. They were very pleasant and professional to deal with. I am very satisfied with their work. Installation the next day went quickly and smoothly. The same technicians did the work, so there was no need to repeat all the explanations. After they left the area looked just as neat as when they arrived and the new unit was hard at work heating the water. Quick return visit by Josh and Warren to check on water pressure. They were just as pleasant and professional to work with and very careful to check all the possibilities. Today’s visit (4/26) by Andrew Morgan was a simple adjustment to a faucet, followed by the annual inspection of all the plumbing in the house. The inspection uncovered corrosion in many of the shutoff valves, some of which didn’t even turn any more. Rather than risk difficulties in dealing with future leaks, Andrew recommended replacing the valves (now 24 years old). He provided detailed estimates for three options: replace all, do only the worst ones, and do nothing. Technicians will be here next week to do the work. Andrew was very pleasant to work with. He showed me pictures of the corrosion so it would be clear what was going on. I’m grateful for his thoroughness and glad to do preventive work to avoid possible flooding.

Called for emergency service for leaking water heater. Technicians arrived promptly (same day luckily), were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of the property. New water heater installed same day, technicians took the time to explain what work was done, and what (if anything) was needed to be done on our end. They also confirmed that we had no unanswered questions before leaving and the work area was clean and clear of any debris. Definitely recommend Notturno Home Service!

Notturno is our main go to for home services. They are very customer focused and have never disappointed us. Today Scott and Cody came to fix a leaking water shutoff valve. I asked them to replace the valve because it was 40+ years old. Scott and Cody quickly installed the new valve, tested it and cleaned up. Called about a leak. Had an appt same day. Assessed and diagnosed within 20 minutes. The crew that was here was very conscious about making the smallest possible hole in my ceiling to make sure they fixed the leak. They were in and out within a matter of a couple of hours. Very polite and professional. This was my second time using Notturno and both times were exceptional!

I called for service for a plumbing leak on Saturday afternoon at 3:45 and got an appointment within the hour. Scott the plumber was on site an hour later. The office staff promptly return calls and make scheduling a convenient time easy. Jason and Arthur arrived on time and were both very knowledgeable, polite and personable. They fixed the leak quickly and cleaned everything up. We wouldn't know they had been there. Would definitely use them again.

I’ve used Notturno multiple times at my home for anything from a clogged sink to a full bathroom renovation. That’s why when I noticed a leak in my heating system I knew one call to these guys would fix the issue. Nick and Colby showed up the same day I called Notturno and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained all my options. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and I felt confident that they would provide quality service. Update:Notturno came and fixed a slow draining sink. Rian was prompt and a pleasure to deal with. I used Notturno to install a heat pump/ mini-split. The crew did a great job and even finished sooner than expected. And they left my house cleaner than when they arrived! Everyone I dealt with from planning to scheduling to install was great. Sean and his apprentice were able to come out the same day and repaired my toilet flow valve. Will continue to call Notturno for plumbing problems

I can’t say enough good and positive things about your company and employees. I purchased a new furnace and a/c which are being installed tomorrow. Both Ashley and Ryan were extremely knowledgeable and are a definite asset to the company!! Ross and his crew - James and Charlie installed a new furnace and A/C unit Monday. Everything went smooth with the installation and as usual you have the BEST employees that are well trained and personable to answer any questions.

After a difficult installation, Robert came the next day and stayed with us until the problem was completely solved. Great customer service solving issues.
