In addition, we requested and Josh provided information on various water filtration & water softener systems. Answering ALL our questions in detail he provided us with the information along with various options. Indirect water heater purchase & installation. Very positive experience in general. Installer arrived on schedule & completed the job pn time.

Very happy with the service performed. Day of service to replace my sump pump after my basement flooded. Scott our service rep gave me several different replacement options and replaced the part without any issues. I called at 8am, techs showed up by 11 and job was done by 3pm. The response, efficiency and professionalism during this experience was excellent.

Notturno completed a boiler replacement in one day as promised. We were informed on the entire process starting with Ryan and Jen from the office to Zach and Jay who performed the replacement. The entire staff was informative and professional. The final installation was well laid out, installed with care and they left our property as if they were never here. We will not hesitate to utilize Notturno in the future.

Originally scheduled an appointment for later in the week to resolve a plumbing issue but noticed it kept getting worse & worse - Jill was able to schedule us on an earlier time slot and Scott came almost right away.

The techs are amazing: prompt professional and knowledgeable. Recently my gas furnace, heat pump and tank less water heater had annual cleanings. No additional out of pocket cost, covered by service plan.

Teams plumbing and HVAC provided me with estimates for several future projects and did home inspections, taking pictures of all components.

The company sends reminders of appt and real time updates of arrival time, the perfect amount to keep this customer well informed.

Ashley Daignault from Notturno did a great nod addressing the drain issue on the condensate pump on my furnace. She explained the problem well and fixed it. She was very punctual. My appointment window was from 8 to 10 am and she was at my house at exactly 8 am. Something to keep in mind when you have an appointment with Notturno. They are very punctual. Unheard of in this business.

Notturno Plumbing is amazing. I have been seeing watching all the excellent posts on social media. The company was in constant communication with me. The technicians (Scott and Zach) were polite and professional. They wore protective booties in my home and left everything as neat and clean as it was before they arrived. They explained everything to me. Scott gave me different options and told me what I could expect. There were no surprises. In addition, the jobs were done to perfection. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Justin Will and Mike Smith came to my house today a Saturday because my furnace wasn't working. It was very cold in my house but not as cold as it was outside but they didn't complain about having to show up. They were pleasant professional explained their work and left me with a good f/u plan.

Jaime immediately identified multiple problems that the company who installed our system had missed. Very friendly and clear communication about the heating system. They charged $360 for an emergency visit, worth every penny as our home temp was down to 58.

Responds quickly to emergencies. Great technicians and office staff. Love them.

I was without heat for weeks due to misdiagnosis and issues with Nicholson, called Notturno and had my heat on the next day. They found the issue, which 4 techs from Nicholson missed, within an hour and corrected it quickly.

Rian Chase notified us of early availability, quickly diagnosed our problem, and clearly provided three options to resolve them while being sensitive to cost. He encountered one abnormal issue then worked diligently to resolve it. I couldn’t be happier with his results and Notturno will be my first choice for future plumbing issues.

Notturno made up for issues created by the manufacturer of my faucet. They their doggedness in pursuing a solution resulted in correction of my faucet issues. I won’t hesitate to use Notturno in the future.

They helped me coordinate a last-minute HVAC inspection. I called them in the morning, and they were able to schedule an appointment just a few hours later on New Year’s Eve. The technician was extremely kind and helpful and conducted a thorough inspection. I’m very pleased with Notturno’s service and would gladly work with them again for future needs.

December 2025 Rob Freeman came to look into clogged drains. Walked through the drains having the issues. Rob checked them out and showed the SCUM buildup and cleared all the Drains that now are working great. He advised that products like DrainAll will not clear the attached much and then he did a BlowOut to completely clear the drains, Great Service, polite and talked through the process... VERY HAPPY
June 30, Jamie came to perform the annual heating system operation for the upcoming colder weather. He provided a verbal update as he walked through the report and stated there were two items to watch and I should read the report when I receive the online via Email. Great Job.
Aug 14, 2025 Jamie came to install the controllers for the two zones in the house. One had failed to operate correctly, so we decided to replace both. Installation was completed and tested to insure they were functioning properly. There was a young lady trainee with him and she worked side by side through the entire process and testing. Both were very polite and answered any questions.
On Feb 2, the tech came out to finish the work to correct the improper installation of the Humidifier installed by a different company right after we purchased the home. Finally it is working properly! Thanks to him and his crew
Jan 2024 Tech came out to fix Humidifier on HVAC and discovered original installation done by original company that did the installation was not done correctly. During check up, found another issues that needed to be corrected. Completed correction except for transformer, will order and come back to install. Glad we are using Notturno as they discovered initial install problems and are very easy to work with. Staff is very polite and friendly.
Came to check on Water Filter System and filter changing requirements and check the Hot Water system, shutoffs, etc.
Walked through what was checked and any comments, suggestions, etc.

Notturno Home Services came out to fix a leaking pipe that was dripping in our finished basement. They explained in detail what they were doing had the problem fixed, cleaned up in the area they were working and was done. Very pleased and will be using them again.

i had to leaking faucets that need replacing. circa 1988 plumbing that they had to replace. very friendly, attentive to every little request we had, explained well what needed to be done. really really happy with the job today -- i highly encourage calling Notturno for your plumbing needs. this was first job for me - and i will definitely be a repeat customer!

Water heater failed on Christmas Eve day !! When I called, Jen at Notturno was very pleasant, but not sure if they could help. She called back and said she able to get a tech out within the hour! Rian and his helper did an awesome job and were able to get the water heater replaced by mid afternoon! Saved the day and Christmas Dinner!

All the staff from the office to the frontline were worked with me to get everything in place with easy financing arrangements. Having the Basic Membership in place offered scheduling and a cost savings for an unexpected tank replacement. Excellent customer service and highly recommend. Thank you.

Called for emergency service for leaking water heater. Technicians arrived promptly (same day luckily), were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of the property. New water heater installed same day, technicians took the time to explain what work was done, and what (if anything) was needed to be done on our end. They also confirmed that we had no unanswered questions before leaving and the work area was clean and clear of any debris. Definitely recommend Notturno Home Service!
