Jamie was very helpful in getting our new motor installed and heating system back up and running. He took the time to makes sure everything was sealed properly and made sure system to cycle thru it stages before leaving. We will recommend Notturno to others needing HVAC repairs.

Excellent service again today with the team who installed my new boiler, piping and thermostats. They took the time to show me how everything works and the changes that were made to accommodate the new system. All three were very courteous and professional.

Got several quotes for HVAC replacement. Furnace and AC were very old. Notturno came in with a quote that was sort of in the middle of the rest but I had a good feeling just from the first time they came by. I believe his name was Ryan — very knowledgeable about their products (they use Bryant). You could tell these people just know their stuff.

Installation came yesterday. They were able to finish the furnace portion, and installed the heat pump but have not connected it yet. They will be coming back to finish it next week, but our heat is working which is the most important thing right now. I will update the review once the job is complete but so far, I’ve had a great experience. Everything looks great so far, they’re pleasant to deal with, and the technicians who came to install have done a great job so far.

The other quotes I was getting were bloated and/or tried adding on a bunch of unnecessary things. We just need good equipment installed well. Heating and cooling shouldn’t be something you need to overthink. They kept it simple and recommended a much simpler system than what I had envisioned. Just goes to show you that no amount of Googling around can replace a knowledgeable technician. Very happy with my choice so far.

Notturno installed a new furnace and thermostat. Robert and his coworker were outstanding. They did the install and then spent time showing me how to navigate the thermostat. Then a few days later another crew came back to re-inspect to make sure all was working as designed ! They also showed me the new furnace and pointed out the various components. And as a bonus, Robert noticed one of my smoke detectors was not both a carbon monoxide and smoke, so he installed a new one! ( I did have a new one sitting on my counter). Thank you again for an amazing job!
