We are looking for a new member of our team. HVAC Install Technicians are responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of heating and cooling systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is detail-oriented, and a great problem solver. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 2+ years of project management experience in the HVAC industry.

Key Requirements:

• Prioritize safety while driving and on the worksite
• Install heating and cooling systems
• Inspect and test components of systems to ensure they are operable and safe
• Perform a proper inspection of the client’s entire HVAC system to prevent future breakdowns
• Re-check all work prior to leaving customers home to ensure everything is working
• Ensure proper communication to customer, thoroughly explaining how to operate the system properly
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Actively participate in company trainings, meetings and retreats
• Adhere to the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ year’s experience in field preferred
• Great organization and communication skills

That’s why we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher who’s not only organized and efficient, but also genuinely cares about building lasting relationships with our clients and team.

In this role, you’ll be a critical part of our operations team, ensuring that every service call is handled smoothly—from the first call to final follow-up. You’ll coordinate schedules, communicate with customers, and support our technicians so they can deliver the exceptional service we’re known for.

Job Summary:

• The CSR/Dispatcher supports the day-to-day operations of the company by efficiently scheduling with customers and dispatching technicians to calls. This role requires the dispatcher to think critically to ensure they are dispatching the best fit technician for the call. MUST be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment but also be proactive on slow days. Other duties include coordination of ordering of parts for jobs with our shop manager, successfully rescheduling jobs when part arrives, making management aware of any parts that need to be ordered, coordinating with other trades when needed, social media postings, scheduling technician’s 1:1’s with managers and reporting on various ends of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Answer customer inquiries and schedule service appointments with care and professionalism
• Dispatch the best-suited technician for each call based on availability and skill set
• Keep jobs on track by monitoring progress and rescheduling when needed
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the service process
• Work with our shop manager to identify and coordinate any necessary parts orders
• Reschedule jobs when parts arrive and coordinate timing with both technicians and clients
• Collaborate with other trades or vendors when projects require it
• Support internal operations by scheduling technician check-ins with managers
• Candidate needs to be able to work in office.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in dispatching a crew is preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Self-starter with a reliable, flexible approach to work hours
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Strong English composition and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be a critical thinker with solid problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with telephone etiquette and email systems
• Knowledge of Service Titan a plus
