They were very professional and pleasant to work with. The team leader also took the time to point out how much I would save if I purchase a low cost plumbing plan. When I saw that that the plan saved me more than the one plan cost -it didn't take long to whip out my credit card and close the deal. Very please with communications prior to the call and the follow up afterwards. A few weeks ago, we also used Notturno to do some plumbing work at our small church and got the same type of service, I would highly recommend the company.

Also had an electrical problem with my bathroom fan. Sean was out this morning and fixed it all within two hours. I highly recommend. Very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt! I signed up to be a preferred member!
