They were very professional and pleasant to work with. The team leader also took the time to point out how much I would save if I purchase a low cost plumbing plan. When I saw that that the plan saved me more than the one plan cost -it didn't take long to whip out my credit card and close the deal. Very please with communications prior to the call and the follow up afterwards.
