Buy-back credit is applied toward the new system only, has no cash value, and is determined solely by Notturno following inspection of the existing system. Final credit determinations are not negotiable. Old unit must be surrendered at installation; damaged or inoperable systems may receive reduced or no credit. Limit one credit per household.
